Rose City Mortgage Specialists Loan Officer Ranked in National Top 50 Brokers

Rose City Mortgage Specialists Loan Officer Jennifer "JJ" Lee Kwai is ranked as the 45th best-producing mortgage broker in the U.S., according to a survey by Broker magazine.
The national magazine named Lee Kwai among the top 50 brokers ranked by sales volume. The results came from an annual survey of mortgage brokers conducted by Broker/National Mortgage News' data-gathering affiliate. Lee Kwai procured $19 million in residential loans during 2006. She was one of 11 women and the sole Pacific Northwest loan officer to appear on the 2006 list of top mortgage producers.

Lee Kwai holds a master's degree in business administration, focusing on sustainable business practices, from Portland State University. She has eight years of mortgage lending experience in Oregon, Washington and California.
Lee Kwai is also extremely involved in community action efforts. In 2004 she co-founded the Greener Good Women's Marketing Group in Portland. She serves on the board of the Portland Area Business Association and is the "Money Matters" columnist for the Northwest Women's Journal.
